The previous website listed detailing and coating options, but customers struggled to understand the differences between services, what was included, and which package was right for them. Important details were buried, pricing wasn’t clear enough, and there wasn’t a strong flow from learning → comparing → booking. This made the experience feel confusing, especially for first-time detailing customers.
